Our Grass Fed Yearling Eye Fillet Roast is a premium cut that is known as one of the most tender cuts of meat. With little fat it is best for roasting and offers incredible flavour.
All of our beef is sourced from 100% Australian farms that specialize in Grass Fed animals, with high Animal Welfare standards. Using our intergenerational knowledge, we hand selected a small handful of Suppliers from around the best producing parts of Australia, to exclusively source our beef from.
