Our Free Range Australian Boneless Lamb Loin has been professionally rolled into the perfect sized roast for a couple. Skillfully filled with the tastiest Dijon mustard, English Spinach and Feta Cheese this small roast is a great alternative for a unique dinner.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180oc
2. Place roast on a cooking tray (fat side up), lined with baking paper.
3. Cook for approx.lamb 30mins
4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
