Our Free Range Australian Lamb Rump has a Red Wine and Garlic marinade that boosts its beautiful flavour. The Rump Cap has been left on to provide the perfect protective layer of fat to help lock in the juices and keep it tender when roasting.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 180oc for 5 mins 

2. Remove all plastic coverings from the roast and place back in the oven ready tray provided

3. Cook for Approx. 30mins 

4. Let the roast sit for 5 mins before serving
