We exclusively source our Pork from Rivalea Australia Farms based in the Riverina of regional NSW as they are World renowned for their Animal Welfare. Rivalea are consistently environmentally sustainable in their production and therefor provide the highest Quality Pork.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat a barbecue hot plate, grill or frying pan to medium heat
2. Add the sausages and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning regularly, until cooked through and golden brown
   Or
   Preheat Oven to 180 Degrees Celsius 
   Place on a lined baking tray and cook for 30 minutes, until cooked through
